MCGO 2008 REGISTRATION   There are 120 registered golfers for this event!  If you would like to golf with us, you need to call Dois Allen to check for availability. (815) 936-9010   If you name appears on the golfers list and you have not completed the registration form, please fill this form out and submit it for our records.    Registering on-line is the quickest and easiest way to reserve your place in this year's outing.  Guaranteed reservations are available for the first 128 registered and confirmed golfers.    ALL GOLFERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND CONFIRMED BY September 1st, 2008.   The 2008 Midwest Christian Golf Outing Registration Fee is only $70.00 per golfer! If you need hotel assistance, please check this box and we will personally contact you about booking a hotel stay for the outing. You will receive a confirmation by email within one week. Once we have received your payment, either by phone or mail, we will post your confirmation on the website. Any information submitted for registration will be used only for the purpose of MCGO and Faith Baptist Church.
